What do you collect?
The waitlist form collects your email address, plus anything you choose to share: first name, how you heard about us, gift-buyer status, retailer interest, country, and an optional birthday. That's it. We don't collect anything in the background.
Where does it go?
Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to the founder's inbox — there is no database, no broker, and no ad network in between. When the store opens, order info will live with the checkout provider, named here before the first order.
Do you use cookies or analytics?
Today: no cookies, no tracking pixels, no banner theater. If privacy-first analytics ever appear, this page will say so.
What do you use my email for?
One confirmation email, one launch-day email, and the occasional update you signed up for. No spam, no selling your address, ever. Unsubscribe is one click, no login, no guilt trip.
Kids and parents
XenChucks appeal to kids, so the email list is 13+ or parent-consented — if you're under 13, have a parent join the list for you.
How do I get deleted?
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. Want everything gone? Reply to any email (or use the contact info in the FAQ) and say "delete me" — we'll confirm it's done. To wipe what this site stores in your own browser (checklists, preferences, history), use the reset control on the settings page.
Still stuck?
Straight answers live in the FAQ — or email support@xenchucks.com, a human (Clint) replies within 2 days.
